We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very clean and has a nice little pool. The breakfast was delicious! We had waffles, hard boiled eggs, scones, yogurt and there were many more options. The front desk staff was nice.
I've been working here in Redmond remodeling a car wash for about 5 weeks now and this hotel is great. The breakfast is good and they have options for just about any kind of eating habit and the food is always fresh and hot for those who like the hot breakfast. That's a big plus some places serve at lukewarm. The food here is nice and hot every morning. The staff here is amazing in the afternoon there's this lady named Jenny and she is amazing. She's very tentative to her guest and she really cares about how people's phase go. She's awesome and in the morning the lady who makes the breakfast for everyone make sure that everything is good. All the staff here is really good man. I really like this place. I've been staying here for about 5 weeks and until the job is done I'm going to continue to stay here. They've made my time away from home. Very easy. Thanks guys. You rock!
This hotel is clean and accepts pets which is bonus! I have to rave about their staff member Jenni! She works the evening shift and has checked me in last few times. She is the most genuine person. I wish that when I check in to any hotels that there is always be a Jenni at the desk! Her customer service is above and beyond but what a kind soul she is! Thank you Jenni for being you and going above and beyond every time we visit!
Really nice ticked away location. All the staff I had interactions with were really friendly. Lily at the front desk was very helpful with local spot to grab beer and food. She was always smiling and called me by my first name every time I saw her. She is truly a customer service asset. The hotel was very clean, quiet and maintained very well. I’d stay here again!
When we ran a sales blitz this was my favorite spot. Pancake House couple of minutes away. Parking is great too.
We stayed at the hotel while visiting family. The friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds were what really stood out. Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again during our next trip out to Redmond.
I rarely write reviews, but this hotel is worth it. Conveniently located (5 minutes drive from the airport), clean and quiet, with a nicely equipped gym (they even have kettlebells!). Definitely recommended for your stay.
Jenny G was the best! She helped me with a shuttle for picking me up and dropping me off and also was super friendly! I appreciated it, especially since I was traveling alone and in a brand new area to me. Thanks JG!
